Our 10-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened, unused and in the instance of batteries uncharged, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item minus your return shipping fee. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
If you need to return any product to E-Flight, this will only be accepted with an RMA (Returned Mechandise Authorisation) number which will we will allocate you. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. To acquire an RMA Number please request this via the Contact Us page and include your order number.
Returns Policies

| | | Media, such as books, magazines, CD-ROMs, software, DVDs and Video Tapes can NOT be returned and all sales on these items are final at the time of purchase. |
| | Returned items must be in resalable condition, with the original packing material, unopened, complete with original sales order. |
| | Defective merchandise from certain manufacturers must be returned directly to them as this is how they choose to deal with product issues, this also improves turnaround times for the customer. You will be advised of items which should be returned direct to the manufacturer when applying for an RMA. |
| | E-Flight reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% on the return of non-defective items. |
